Everything wiped then it reappears

Just like Vegas, I return to my favorite slot game to continue my journey and ... Its all gone. Somehow everything got reset so bye bye app. Never had an app do that and it still recognize my settings.
Well I went back to the app for a final look see (3rd time) before wiping it and my account information is there. So Ill play it for a while.
